The Community Agency partnered with Adolescent to bring Bath & Body Works’ first 3D anamorphic holiday DOOH experience to life in Times Square—transforming the brand’s signature holiday scents into an immersive visual moment that expanded this year’s multisensory campaign.

In our 3D execution, the classic Bath & Body Works holiday train becomes a portal to pure wonder. Inspired by the live-action commercial, the train emerges from a tunnel and pulls into the station, where the hostess’s hand welcomes its arrival with a burst of Twisted Peppermint. That single spray sets everything in motion—lifting the train off the platform and sending it drifting into a dreamy, peppermint-cloud sky filled with candy canes, sweets, and Twisted Peppermint bottles. The scene floats above the street, spreading Twisted Peppermint across the skyline and inviting pedestrians into an unexpected moment of holiday joy. In the heart of NYC, we dialed up the energy to stand out in the nonstop rhythm of Times Square.

 

Creative Development

 

The activation seamlessly supported Bath & Body Works’ broader holiday rollout—from interactive mall kiosks and train-inspired retail displays to try-and-smell stations and festive store environments. The Times Square DOOH spot became the campaign’s hero digital moment, greeting millions of holiday travelers and anchoring one of the brand’s most ambitious fragrance-led seasons.
