Adolescent collaborated with Orange Barrel Media to bring LA-DG-508, a bold new landmark at the gateway to West Hollywood, Sunset Boulevard, to life. This cantilevered, full-motion, anamorphic-capable display redefines what a digital billboard can be.

Inspired by contemporary art, the structure extends beyond its frame, capturing attention with immersive, artful motion. Adolescent’s visual concept draws from the vibrant energy of the Scantland Collection, with inflatable-like forms that bounce, wobble, and float as if painted into the scene. From afar, the animation plays like brushstrokes in motion—playful, surreal, and joyfully disarming against the concrete minimalism of its surroundings.

Among the floating shapes, three inflatable—O, B, and M—nod to Orange Barrel Media. They interact with the space’s transparent bottom, slipping past edges and pushing boundaries. The OBM logo appears stamped into the frame or gently pressed through a balloon-like gradient, merging brand and medium in one unforgettable moment.
