Right in Adolescent HQ’s backyard - The Seaport in downtown Manhattan has become a go-to draw for any visiting NYC, and it keeps innovating. Working with Howard Hughes Corporation, we supported the creative development of The Seaport 3.0 digital vision. https://3.theseaport.nyc/At Adolescent, our mission was to develop a dynamic treatment of the 3.0 symbol; we explored different visual expressions. Something relatable, yet unexpected, but inspired by the dynamic nature of technology. After an expansive initial exploration, we dialed into the favorites that could exist as standalone (in print, web, digital) and be seen back to back alongside each other. The result was a fun and eye-catching branding device that will continue growing alongside the new Seaport Web3 Neighborhood.

The Seaport is known as “A historic neighborhood reborn. Cobblestones. Row houses. Waterfront views. Raw history imbued by contemporary culture.” This next evolution, 3.0, is the Seaport’s step into the world of Web3, based on the concept of where the digital meets the physical ”a platform to develop, test, and launch new Web3 technologies at this intersection.”
